80 Days

Hello folks, hope you're all doing well!

Not much to update you all with, I've been here 80 days today I think, maybe, possibly, and life is good. Things have been extremely mundane recently, not a lot of work worth talking about. I've been station handyman for the past several weeks, fixing doors and replacing ceiling tiles, and building crates and signs. Nothing very news worthy.

LDB is done and fully up and running, I can say that I participated in building a NASA facility, which is cool. They're going to launch 2 big balloons this year, later in December, and then I'll go back to pack it all up for the winter. The deep field deployments for opening the far away field camps are go, but I'm not on any of those missions which is a total drag. I might get the chance to go out to them to close them later in the year. I really want to go to WAIS divide, but.. didn't make the cut. Probably because I'm new and I'm not experienced enough to participate in a put in yet. Oh well.

Other than that not much to say. Life is very routine, very regular. Boring at times, awesome at others. Still very satisfying. Got to see some penguins, got to go into the OB tube and go under the ice. Got super drunk at the Halloween party, ya know, normal things. Here's some pictures of what's been going on since my last post. Enjoy!
